I was at the mall the other day when I saw an old couple sitting together. The man looked over at the woman and said, “Jane, we did it. We grew old together.” The look in her eyes GMH.

A few months ago, my grandmother died of cancer. With the few words she had left, she told me where to find my Christmas presents for the next three years, my high school graduation present, and my wedding present.
As her youngest grandchild, she wanted to make sure she could be there for me even after she was gone. Her love and thoughtfulness GMH

A few months ago, my family and I went to have dim sum when we sat by an old couple. The elderly man was sitting across his wheelchair -bound wife feeding her. He silently fed and talked to his wife, ignoring all the people and teary-eyed waitress staring. This man showing me what “In sickness and in health” really means GMH.

There’s a friendly homeless man who always rides the same subway, selling trinkets for 25 cents each, usually to to buy food. Today, instead of collecting the money for himself, he was sending his proceeds to help the victims in Haiti. A man with barely anything selflessly helping those in need GMH.

My grandpa passed away on April 2nd 2009. Before my grandpa passed he pulled his oxygen mask off his face and lifted his hand up to his mouth.
We thought he was going through pain. But instead he blew 3 kisses to my grandma, smiled, and passed away. RIP Grandpa i love you and You GMH.

Today when I was working an adorable older couple came through my line. When I asked if they had found everything they needed, the woman looked at her husband and said “I found everything I needed 43 years ago.”
